Tambopata has a very diversified fauna and flora. There are 632 species of birds, 1,200 species of butterflies, 169 species of mammals, and 67 species of reptiles.
Iquitos
Iquitos is the largest city in the world that is not accessible by land. As you will experience during your trip to Peru, the city is only accessible by river and air.
